Retention Manager

GBS Global Applied Knowledge is seeking a highly skilled Retention Manager to lead our Student Retention team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive student retention strategy to ensure student success and progression.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a student retention strategy aligned with GBS's goals and objectives.
- Lead the Student Retention team to achieve high levels of student engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.
- Monitor and analyze data to inform retention strategies and improve student outcomes.
- Provide coaching and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in student retention or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt messages for diverse audiences.
- Ability to plan and prioritize effectively, work collaboratively, and build positive relationships with students.
- High level of computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
