Client Retention Executive

At GlobalData Plc, we're on a mission to help our clients decode the future and make better decisions. As a Client Retention Executive, you'll play a crucial role in achieving this vision by assisting in the renewal of services for our global clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the day-to-day renewal process, including creating and sending service proposals, liaising with clients, and coordinating with our Sales team.
  • Monitoring client engagement and usage of our products and services, identifying opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and ROI through further onboarding and training.
  • Liaising with the Sales Order Processing team to ensure correct contracting practice is observed.

We're looking for a skilled and ambitious individual who can contribute to the growth of our business. If you have a minimum of C grade in GCSE English and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.
