Job Title: Customer Retention Specialist
Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Retention Specialist to join our team at Brambles. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for driving customer retention through marketing activities in support of our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create marketing content to deliver targeted and measurable campaigns that drive customer retention and growth.
- Apply Account Based Marketing principles to European Strategic Partnerships and support with Executive content for C-suite customer meetings.
- Support contract renewal, primarily for EKA, European Strategic Partnerships tender, and Top to Top, including content creation.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing personnel to ensure consistent messaging and obtain customer feedback from customer service and customer insights teams to inform campaigns and strategy.
- Align with key internal stakeholders and commercial team members and leverage customer interactions for content idea sourcing, staying aware of industry-related topics and trends for developing original content.
- Administration of budget and supplier coordination.
- Participate in European or Global retention or customer experience projects from international teams within local countries where required.
- Regularly report on progress against plan with clear metrics on all activities.
Requirements:
- Experience of planning and executing B2B marketing solutions, strategies, and programmes.
- Experience of Microsoft packages (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal skills and culture awareness.
- Customer focus and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Marketing content creation.
- Supporting retention initiatives across Europe.
Preferred Education: Degree and equivalent.
Preferred Level of Work Experience: 3-5 years.
