Customer Retention Marketing Specialist

CHEP, a global leader in supply chain solutions, is seeking a skilled Customer Retention Marketing Specialist to drive business growth and customer satisfaction across Europe.
Position Purpose
- To develop and execute targeted marketing strategies that retain and grow CHEP's European Strategic Partnership accounts.
- To create compelling marketing content that articulates the business value proposition and supports customer retention initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement data-driven marketing campaigns to deliver measurable results and drive customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and marketing personnel.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to inform marketing strategies and content creation.
- Manage budgets and coordinate with suppliers to ensure efficient execution of marketing programs.
- Participate in European or Global retention or customer experience projects as required.
- Regularly report on progress against plan with clear metrics and insights.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B marketing solutions, strategies, and programs.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, cultural awareness, and customer focus.
- Marketing content creation and management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Education
Degree and equivalent
Preferred Level of Work Experience
3 - 5 years
