Job Title: Royalties Data Assistant
Job Summary:
Bloomsbury Publishing plc is seeking a highly skilled Royalties Data Assistant to join our team on a full-time, 6-month fixed-term basis. As a Royalties Data Assistant, you will play a critical role in assisting with the capture of author details and migration of royalty contract data into our royalty system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Review and Update: Review data to identify and update duplicate records, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Royalty Data Mapping and Transformation: Assist with the mapping and transformation of royalty data from our host system, ensuring seamless integration.
- Issue Investigation and Resolution: Investigate and resolve issues arising from testing of royalty data, ensuring timely resolution.
- Data Cleansing: Perform additional data cleansing tasks to ensure data quality and integrity.
- Ad-hoc Tasks: Perform ad-hoc tasks as required to support the team and ensure project success.
Requirements:
- Intermediate Excel Skills: Possess intermediate-level Excel skills, including proficiency in pivots, v-look-ups, and other advanced functions.
Working Arrangements:
The role is based at our London office, with a hybrid-working pattern of 2 days office-based and 3 days home-based (or fully office-based if preferred). Allocated office days for this role are Monday and Wednesday.
