Job Description

Deputy Manager - Restaurant Operations

Turtle Bay Restaurants is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Deputy Manager to join our team. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the General Manager in overseeing the restaurant's operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a strong work ethic, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive business growth and profitability.
