Job Title: Clinical Psychologist - Offender Personality Disorder

We are seeking a highly motivated Clinical Psychologist to provide specialist forensic psychology support for the Offender Personality Disorder Pathway (OPD).

Main Duties:
  • To reduce levels of re-offending
  • To improve the psychological health and wellbeing of high-risk offenders
  • To improve the skills, confidence and attitudes of the workforce

The role involves providing consultation to probation officers and approved premises staff, developing formulations for high-risk offenders, developing and delivering relevant training, and completing time-limited joint working with clients and probation staff.

This post requires a range of skills across competencies, including consultation, formulation, reflective practice, and training. Regular opportunities for CPD and supervision of assistants are also available.
