Job Summary:

Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of care assistants to provide exceptional care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of care assistants to deliver high-quality care to residents
  • Support residents with personal care needs and encourage participation in activities that promote health and wellbeing
  • Administer medication and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care and willingness to complete Level 3
  • Passionate about caring for older people
  • Previous care experience and experience leading, coaching, and motivating a team
  • Kind, warm, and caring nature with excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and use initiative when necessary
