Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Rider Support team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our riders and ensuring that their queries are resolved promptly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to riders via phone and email, responding to their queries and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with our Rider Support Manager to ensure that all rider queries are answered promptly and to a high standard.
- Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the rider experience.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as our company's values and mission.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Dutch, spoken and written.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with riders and colleagues alike.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple queries simultaneously.
