SSP Group is on the lookout for a dedicated individual to fill the role of Customer Service Representative within our operations.
Employment Type: Full-Time Permanent (40 hours/week)
Working Hours: Varied shifts between 6 AM and 10 PM, including weekends.
Compensation: £12 per hour.
As a leading provider of catering and onboard services in the railway sector, SSP Group operates numerous service centres across the UK, employing over 1000 staff members committed to delivering exceptional service.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate platform trucks for deliveries adjacent to trains (comprehensive training will be provided). Manage the loading and unloading of catering supplies from trains. Oversee order assembly and inventory management. Adhere to Health & Safety and Food Hygiene standards.CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
