About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Homeless Outreach Team Manager. As a key member of our Complex Needs Housing Service, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals experiencing mental ill health and homelessness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Services Manager in the effective running of the Complex Needs Housing Service.
  • Provide advice, information, and holistic support to clients experiencing mental ill health or needing support with their mental wellbeing.
  • Lead a team of Mental Health Outreach Workers, ensuring they use databases and outcome tools as required to report for the project.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in working with vulnerable populations, particularly those experiencing mental ill health and homelessness.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and support a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team, including Change Grow Live, District and Borough councils, housing teams, and other professionals.

  • Annual leave entitlement of 25 days per year pro rata, rising in increments to a max. of 29 days after 5 years employment (plus 8 days Bank Holidays).
