The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
- Process improvement and optimization for our branches
- Property management and contract review
- Ensuring compliance and adherence to regulations
- HR administration duties, including offer letters and onboarding
- Building management and liaison with contractors
- Coordinating recruitment and talent acquisition
- Reviewing suppliers and negotiating costs
- Inbox management and post and documentation management
- Financial management using QuickBooks, reporting to the accountant, and invoicing
Requirements:
- Solid operational or office management experience, preferably in healthcare
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and ability to manage finances
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
