Hybrid working after probation, 1 day from home a week

Marketing Coordinator/Project Support Specialist's Core Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination of internal projects and initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including external partners and vendors
  • Confirm marketing campaigns with third-party suppliers and ensure timely execution
  • Keep clients informed about the progress of their campaigns and provide regular updates
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and third parties to ensure campaigns are delivered on-time and within budget
  • Purchase office supplies and materials, and manage purchase orders
  • Support the development of pitches, proposals, and marketing materials

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in marketing, operations, or project support
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, and experience creating presentations
  • Excellent customer service skills, with experience dealing with customers over the phone and via email
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with senior stakeholders
  • Good project management skills, with experience managing multiple projects to deadlines
  • A calm and flexible approach, with a willingness to take on new challenges
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
