Business Development Manager

MAN Commercial Protection Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Solihull, West Midlands. As a key member of our Commercial Team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate sales leads and identify decision makers for manned guarding services.
  • Maintain close relationships with prospects and clients to drive future opportunities.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve commercial targets.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create effective external marketing materials.
  • Support the Commercial Team with tender production and related materials.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrable history of consistently achieving new business and hitting commercial targets.
  • Experience of prospecting, negotiating, and closing contracted sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Professional and confident telephone manner.
  • Passion, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn about and engage with our business and clients.
Package:
  • Competitive salary and benefits.
  • 21 days holiday per annum plus all UK Bank Holidays.
