- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve commercial targets.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create effective external marketing materials.
- Support the Commercial Team with tender production and related materials.
- Demonstrable history of consistently achieving new business and hitting commercial targets.
- Experience of prospecting, negotiating, and closing contracted sales.
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication, and organisational skills.
- Professional and confident telephone manner.
- Passion, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn about and engage with our business and clients.
- Competitive salary and benefits.
- 21 days holiday per annum plus all UK Bank Holidays.
- 1% commission sales.
