We are a dynamic and inclusive beauty brand that values creativity and self-expression. As a Counter Manager at Too Faced, you will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationships.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Advisors to succeed in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Manage sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling.
  • Create and execute in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement.

About You:

  • Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
