We are a luxury fragrance brand that values creativity, style, and exceptional customer service. As a Counter Manager, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for leading a high-performing team to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Fragrance Specialists to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Manage the smooth running of the counter, ensuring all team members are aligned with the brand vision.
- Coach and inspire team members to exceed their Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and develop their skills and knowledge.
- Develop and execute in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure efficient operations.
Requirements
- Proven retail management experience, preferably in the beauty or fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling.
- Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, and cash reconciliation.
- Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed.
- Experience creating and executing in-store events.
- Flexible availability across days and hours.
- Proficient skill level using Microsoft Office applications.
- Proof of right to live and work in the country.
