Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personalized customer service and product recommendations to drive sales and customer satisfaction
  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of Clinique products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to customers
  • Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Maintaining a visually appealing store environment and adhering to visual merchandising standards
  • Supporting the development and implementation of in-store promotions and events

Requirements:

  • Previous retail industry or customer service experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly across days and hours, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
