Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized customer service, ensuring that each client feels valued, respected, and connected.
  • Drive sales by understanding customer skin and makeup goals, recommending custom-fit routines, and promoting our market-leading products.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, creating a visually appealing shopping environment that inspires and delights customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets, share knowledge, and support each other's growth.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
