About the Role:

As a Counter Manager, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth, building customer loyalty, and fostering a positive store environment.

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven individual who is eager to develop their skills and knowledge in the retail beauty industry. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
  • Developing and maintaining product knowledge to effectively recommend custom-fit routines
  • Driving sales growth through effective merchandising and visual displays
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and improve store performance
  • Supporting the development of new skills and knowledge through training and development programs

Requirements:

  • Previous retail industry/customer services experience
  • A desire to understand client skin and makeup goals to confidentially recommend custom-fit routines
  • A passion and energy to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
  • An approachable and friendly personality
  • Confidence in speaking to customers, getting to know them, and understanding their needs to best cater to them
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
