KILIAN Paris, a name synonymous with luxury and elegance, was established by Kilian Hennessy over a decade ago. With a portfolio of over 34 unisex fragrances, each inspired by the founder's olfactory memories and passion for nightlife, we invite you to join our team.

We are in search of an enthusiastic and motivating Fragrance Counter Leader to guide, mentor, and develop our team of Fragrance Specialists. Your role will be pivotal in driving sales, enhancing customer service, and achieving operational excellence. If you possess a passion for managing dynamic business strategies and excel in customer relationship management, this position is tailored for you.

As a Fragrance Counter Leader, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional in-store experience that reflects your unique creativity and style. You will oversee the effective operation of the counter, ensuring that your team embodies the brand's vision and values.
