Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Counter Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and building exceptional customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement
  • Lead and coach a high-performing team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve customer experience
  • Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store operations to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies

Requirements

  • Proven retail management/assistant retail management experience preferably within beauty or a fast-paced retail environment
  • Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
  • Experience of creating and executing in-store events
  • Flexible availability across days/hours
  • Proof of right to live and work in the country
