Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational Counter Manager to lead, coach, and develop our team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets. As a Counter Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and building exceptional customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer engagement
- Lead and coach a high-performing team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve customer experience
- Manage inventory, visual merchandising, and store operations to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Monitor and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies
Requirements
- Proven retail management experience, preferably within the beauty or fast-paced retail industry
- Experience setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
- Proven track record of leading, coaching, and developing a team to succeed
- Experience creating and executing in-store events
- Flexible availability across days/hours
- Proof of right to live and work in the country
