About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to drive the growth and expansion of our client's offerings within the commercial and industrial sectors. This key role will focus on developing and executing a comprehensive B2B sales strategy while managing a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B sales strategy to drive growth and expansion in the commercial and industrial sectors.
  • Manage a high-performing sales team, setting targets and KPIs to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities, ensuring that sales strategies are aligned with emerging opportunities and the company's objectives.
  • Lead a talented sales team, shaping and implementing sales strategies tailored to the commercial and industrial markets.
Requirements
  • Circa 10 years of B2B sales experience.
  • At least three years in a sales leadership role.
  • Proven track record in closing deals within the renewable energy sector or selling net zero business services to UK SMEs.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to lead a sales team in a high-growth environment.
