About the RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Manager to join our team. As a key member of our gym management team, you'll be responsible for supporting the General Manager in the successful running of the gym, deputising in their absence, and embodying our company values.
Key Responsibilities- Lead our in-gym service offering to drive member satisfaction scores forward.
- Line manage and lead our team of fitness trainers, engaging and motivating them to be their best every day.
- Develop and implement our Group Exercise offering, upskilling the team to deliver.
- Drive the commercial performance of the gym with a result-driven mindset.
- Ensure high operational standards on site, managing cleaning and maintenance check procedures.
- Support the GM with onsite admin tasks, including rotas, time tracking, and security checks.
- Act as a keyholder for the gym, being a point of call in emergencies.

- A proven track record of success in a similar role.
- A Level 2 qualified Fitness Instructor or currently studying for the qualification.
