Facilities Maintenance Specialist for a prestigious hotel

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist to become a vital part of our dedicated team on a full-time basis. This role will report directly to the Maintenance Manager.

Working schedule: Shift work / 5 days a week with 2 days off

Compensation: Competitive salary with service charge

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience as a Facilities Maintenance Specialist or Handyperson, demonstrating the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team, alongside excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Addressing any repair or maintenance concerns throughout the hotel as they arise
  • Conducting preventative maintenance tasks
  • Painting public and back-of-house areas
  • Managing all tools, materials, and supplies utilized in connection with primary duties
