We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Specialist to become an integral part of our team on a full-time basis. This role will report directly to the Maintenance Manager.

Working Schedule: Shift work / 5 days a week with 2 days off

Compensation: Competitive salary with service charge

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience as a Facilities Maintenance Specialist or Handyperson, demonstrating the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, along with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Addressing any repair or maintenance concerns throughout the hotel as they arise
  • Conducting preventative maintenance tasks
