Key Responsibilities:

As a Facilities Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various premises. Your duties will include:

  • Performing cleaning tasks either independently or as part of a team to ensure all areas are hygienic.
  • Utilizing a range of cleaning equipment and agents to complete assigned tasks.
  • Conducting routine maintenance operations, such as wall washing and carpet cleaning.
  • Managing access to client premises, including unlocking and locking doors and setting alarms.
  • Completing necessary paperwork related to stock ordering and quality control.
  • Adhering to Health & Safety regulations and company policies.
  • Delivering cleaning supplies and equipment as directed.
  • Submitting weekly timesheets to document work completed.
  • Staying updated with compliance and mandatory training requirements.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the company vehicle.
  • Utilizing provided communication devices for work-related communication.

Required Experience and Skills:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in mobile cleaning.
  • Experience in cleaning diverse environments such as schools, offices, and depots.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • An understanding of health and safety protocols.
  • Excellent organizational abilities and numeracy skills.
  • Effective communication skills in English.
  • The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Experience in managing timesheets.
  • A proactive approach and a strong team-oriented mindset.
  • A commitment to providing safe and hygienic environments.
  • Resilience and honesty in all interactions.
  • Availability for early morning shifts and occasional weekend work.
