The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary ranging from £46,000 to £48,000 per annum, dependent upon skills, qualifications, and experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career and earn a rewarding income.

### Job Description

We are currently looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in West London. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for all aspects of daily maintenance, including programmed planned maintenance and reactive maintenance. You will work closely with our experienced maintenance team to ensure that all building services are maintained to the highest standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as checking and replacing filters, and inspecting equipment
- Identifying and rectifying faults in building services, including LTHW systems, CWS booster pumps, and main communal plant rooms
- Working on pressurisation units, pressure vessels, calorifiers, and other equipment
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure that maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and effectively

### Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

- A strong background in mechanical maintenance, with experience of working on LTHW systems and CWS booster pumps
- Excellent fault-finding skills, with the ability to identify and rectify complex faults
- Basic knowledge of HVAC BMS controls
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Valid driving license
