Role Overview: As our first Growth Marketing Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving net new leads, conducting thorough market research, implementing audience segmentation, and executing impactful account-based marketing strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with growth objectives, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Drive leads through innovative demand-generation campaigns and strategic website optimisation, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to refine audience segmentation strategies and execute targeted account-based marketing initiatives.
  • Analyse and optimise acquisition and retention campaigns to maximise customer lifetime value.
  • Optimise the website to maximise inbound traffic and conversion rates, ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Craft compelling custom content for outbound marketing efforts, showcasing our thought leadership and expertise.
  • Lead data-driven experiments to refine and scale successful strategies, ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Utilise analytics tools (GA, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker) to track and report on campaign effectiveness, providing actionable insights.


Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Experience: 5-7 years in B2B Growth Marketing focusing on early-stage growth.
  • Role Experience: Background in business operations, strategy, growth, or growth marketing within high-growth B2B or top-tier tech companies.
  • Skills: Proficiency in data-driven growth strategies, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Excel), and a strong customer empathy mindset.
