About the Role
TalkTalk is seeking a visionary and strategic leader to shape and implement our growth strategy as our next Commercial Director. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial and Commercial Officer, you will play a pivotal role in driving commercial success across all aspects of our business.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of TalkTalk's commercial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
- Cultivate and manage strategic partnerships and supplier relationships to maximize value creation opportunities.
- Oversee key commercial functions, including forecasting, budgeting, and cost transformation initiatives.
- Develop and implement customer lifecycle management strategies to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
- Provide insightful data-driven analysis and recommendations to inform strategic decision-making.

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in a commercial leadership role. You possess exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, coupled with a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry.
