Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies: Create and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives, including multi-channel marketing campaigns, brand management, and market research.
  • Lead and manage the marketing team: Supervise and develop a team of marketing professionals to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Stakeholder engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Brand management: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, including brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity.
  • Market research: Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
  • Budget management: Manage marketing budgets to ensure effective use of resources and achieve business objectives.
  • Communication and public relations: Develop and manage the group's communication and public relations, including internal and external events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing and/or communications: Proven track record of developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • 2+ years in a management/leadership position: Experience leading and managing a team of marketing professionals.
  • Experience working in the property industry: Knowledge of the property industry and its trends.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools: Experience with marketing software and tools, including CRM systems and social media management tools.
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication: Strong communication skills, including public speaking and writing.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships: Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
