Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional patient experience by being the first point of contact in Outpatients for patients, staff, and visitors.
  • Undertake outpatient charges and update patient information using our Electronic Patient Record system.
  • Welcome consultants, patients, and their relatives/visitors into Outpatients, ensuring security measures are adhered to.
  • Provide administrative support to the clinical team, including answering phone inquiries and resolving local issues.
  • Maintain the reception desk and waiting areas in a presentable manner.
  • Ensure confidentiality of patient records and staff information.
  • Facilitate and book future appointments for the nurse outpatient clinic.
