About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join our team at International Logistics Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for directing and supervising all warehouse activities in your designated area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Direct and supervise all warehouse activities in your designated area, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Operational Management: Actively support operational change while minimizing disruption to production and service.
  • Communication: Communicate issues and information to your line manager and conduct regular team briefings with your own staff.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner, ensuring that warehouse operations run smoothly.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in a supervisory role in a warehouse operation is desirable.
  • Knowledge: Experience and knowledge of warehouse operations to effectively manage designated area to provide an excellent level of customer service.
  • Skills: Ability to support the Warehouse Manager in the performance management, development, mentoring, and coaching of members of designated team.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with warehouse management systems and MS Office packages (Excel, Word, Outlook).
