We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team at Wild Recruitment. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Manager with all aspects of procurement, logistics, and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client queries and maintain ownership through to customer satisfaction
  • Creation and fulfillment of stock orders
  • Analysis of sales and product performance
  • Management of stock issues and liaison with suppliers regarding any delays or problematic deliveries
  • Processing of returns and credits
  • Processing of supplier invoices
  • Raising of purchase orders
  • Issuance of spare part quotations to customers
  • Reporting using Excel
  • Close collaboration with Sales Managers and Head of Supply Chain
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Stock Control or Order Processing
  • Excellent Excel skills
  • A strong eye for detail and outstanding communication skills
  • Confident team player with the ability to work independently and manage accounts confidently
  • The ability to analyze data with great attention to detail
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
