Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate full-time Senior Rehabilitation Nurse to join our esteemed nursing team. Our facility is a specialized rehabilitation unit with a focus on stroke and general recovery, where nursing professionals collaborate closely with therapy teams to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation services to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Rehabilitation Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, execution, and assessment of nursing care for patients within our unit. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering high-quality nursing care to patients admitted for rehabilitation.
  • Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient comfort and promote independence.
  • Facilitating the daily operations of the ward, including medication administration and patient assessments.
  • Engaging with patients and their families to support them throughout their rehabilitation journey.
  • Participating in team meetings and contributing to discharge planning and care coordination.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) with NMC registration.
