About the Role

Cool Gear Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Lead to join our team. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing sales operations within a specific channel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales operations strategies tailored to the specific channel.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Director to ensure alignment and execution with channel-specific goals and objectives.
  • Utilize sales technology and automation tools to drive sales performance.
  • Work closely with marketing, finance, product, and other departments to ensure alignment and support for channel-specific sales initiatives.
Requirements
  • Five years of sales operations, sales management experience with a focus on a specific sales channel.
  • Proven track record of driving sales operations excellence and achieving business growth.
  • English language skills.
  • Ability to travel (15-20%) and work some extended hours.
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
