Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Team Lead to oversee and optimize sales operations within a specific channel.

This role ensures the effective execution of sales strategies, process improvements, and data analysis to drive sales performance and achieve revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales operations strategies tailored to the specific channel.
  • Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for channel-specific sales initiatives.
  • Utilize sales technology and automation tools to optimize sales processes.
  • Provide support to Sales managers/directors to enhance their experience and relationship with retailers.

Requirements:

  • Five years of sales operations, sales management experience with a focus on a specific sales channel.
  • Proven track record of driving sales operations excellence and achieving business growth.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to multi-task and collaborate effectively.
