Contact Centre Team Leader

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contact Centre Team Leader to join our client's South West telesales team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve exceptional sales performance and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Leadership: Foster a strong selling culture across the South West depots, driving sales growth and revenue.
  • Team Management: Manage and monitor call diaries to ensure optimal efficiency, oversee day-to-day operations, and address absenteeism.
  • Performance Monitoring: Review call stats and order intake reports to maximize team efficiency, monitor and control team performance, and contribute to management planning.
  • Competitor Analysis: Gather and report competitor activity and pricing information, and suggest action plans.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in sales leadership and team management.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance reports and make data-driven decisions.
  • Flexibility to travel to other branches as required.
