Job Title: Senior Partnerships Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Partnerships Manager to join our team in the UK on a fixed-term 12-month maternity leave cover. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing University partnerships that enhance our educational offerings and expand our market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage University partnerships to enhance our educational offerings and expand our market reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with University partners to drive business growth and student recruitment.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new partnership opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement partnership strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships to ensure they meet our business objectives and make recommendations for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Experience in partnership development, business development, or a related role within the education sector.
  • Proven experience in building and managing partnerships, ideally with a strong understanding of the UK education landscape and international student recruitment.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
