Enterprise Holdings is a prominent provider of mobility solutions, specializing in car rental, fleet management, and carsharing services. With a vast fleet exceeding 2 million vehicles, Enterprise Holdings operates under well-known brands, including Enterprise Rent-A-Car and National Car Rental.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Offer legal guidance to mitigate risks and assist business units
- Negotiate and draft various commercial agreements
- Create resources and processes aimed at enhancing operational efficiency
- Remain informed on industry developments and legal updates
- Effectively manage workload and prioritize tasks
- Collaborate with team members while also working independently
Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- Licensed attorney with a background in commercial law
- Proficiency in both German and English
- Skilled in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with German contracts or working in Germany
- Strong ethical principles and a solid work ethic
- Exceptional time management and organizational capabilities
- Strong interpersonal and leadership qualities
Work Schedule: 45 hours per week
