Job Title: Corporate Counsel

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in providing legal advice and support to our business teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on commercial contracts, fleet management, and mobility solutions.
  • Assess business needs and provide strategic legal advice to minimize risks and support business growth.
  • Negotiate and draft commercial contracts with customers and suppliers.
  • Develop and implement legal processes and procedures to improve business efficiency.
  • Monitor industry-related topics and changes in the law, providing updates and recommendations to the business.
  • Manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications:
  • Qualification as a lawyer in one or more European jurisdictions with a civil law system required.
  • Significant experience in commercial law, contract negotiation, and drafting.
  • Fluent in German and English, with additional language skills a plus.
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
