About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Counsel to join our team at Enterprise Mobility. As a key member of our global Legal Group, you will play a critical role in supporting our business operations, commercial sales efforts, and procurement activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide legal advice and guidance to our business teams, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Negotiate and draft commercial contracts with customers and suppliers, including concession agreements with airport partners.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the EU and US teams to develop and implement consistent legal strategies.
  • Assist in the development of materials and processes to support our business and the Legal Group.
  • Monitor and track industry-related topics and changes in the law, providing updates to the team.

Requirements

  • Qualification as a lawyer in one or more European jurisdictions with a civil law system, with significant experience in commercial law and contract negotiation.
  • Fluent in German and English, with additional language skills a plus.
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience working in Germany or on German contracts or projects, with training or experience in additional jurisdictions a plus.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and work ethic, with strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
