Corporate Counsel

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in providing legal advice and support to our business teams.
Responsibilities:- Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders, including colleagues in the EU and US teams.
- Assess business needs and provide legal direction to minimize risks and support business growth.
- Negotiate and draft commercial contracts for customers and suppliers.
- Develop and implement processes to improve the legal function and support business teams.
- Monitor industry-related topics and changes in the law.
- Manage workload and prioritize tasks with stakeholders.
- Be responsible for confidential information and maintain high professional standards.
- Qualification as a lawyer in one or more European jurisdictions with a civil law system.
- Significant experience in commercial law and contract negotiation.
- Fluent in German and English, with additional language skills a plus.
- Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and work ethic.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
Egham, Surrey, TW20 9FB (with free on-site parking and proximity to Egham station).
Hybrid working arrangement, with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home.
