Position Overview:
As we expand our team to align with our mission of becoming the leading and most reliable mobility enterprise, the Corporate Legal Division is pleased to announce an opening for a Corporate Legal Advisor.
This is a remarkable opportunity for a qualified attorney with over 5 years of experience in guiding and mentoring legal professionals within the department. The successful candidate will support our international business operations, commercial sales initiatives, and procurement processes, playing a vital role in our collaborative global legal team. This position is office-based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and nurture relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, collaborating with colleagues across various regions to ensure consistency in our legal guidance;
- Evaluate business needs, conduct thorough research, and provide legal counsel to mitigate risks while supporting our operational teams and leadership;
- Lead negotiations and the drafting of a diverse range of commercial agreements for clients and suppliers;
- Offer guidance to fellow legal professionals and create resources to enhance our operations and the Legal Division;
- Utilize extensive experience and leadership skills to set and achieve objectives, applying creativity and sound judgment while knowing when to escalate matters to senior management;
Qualifications:
- Legal qualification in one or more European jurisdictions with a civil law framework is essential (German qualification is advantageous), along with substantial experience in commercial law and the negotiation and drafting of complex contracts with minimal oversight.
- Proficiency in both German and English is required; additional language skills (Spanish or French) are beneficial;
- Experience working in Germany or with German contracts or projects is preferred (experience in other jurisdictions is a plus).
