Job Title: Corporate Counsel

Enterprise Holdings is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Counsel to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a critical role in providing legal advice and guidance to our business teams.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Assess business needs and provide legal advice to minimize risks and support business growth.
  • Negotiate and draft commercial contracts with customers and suppliers.
  • Provide guidance and support to other lawyers and develop materials to improve business processes.
  • Monitor industry-related topics and changes in the law to ensure compliance.
  • Manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Qualification as a lawyer in one or more European jurisdictions with a civil law system required.
  • Significant experience in commercial law and contract negotiation.
  • Fluent in German and English, with additional language skills a plus.
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and work ethic.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
