Commercial Administrator for Heavy Maintenance Operations

We are seeking a dedicated Heavy Maintenance Commercial Administrator to support our operations. This role is essential in managing commercial activities and assisting the Head of Supply Chain & Heavy Maintenance Commercial.

This position requires a commitment of 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a representative for Heavy Maintenance Commercial during the HM Weekly Update Conference Call
  • Facilitate the expediting of customer purchase orders
  • Gather additional work details for customer invoicing related to HM projects
  • Collaborate closely with the finance team to ensure precise billing and conduct credit control assessments
  • Oversee the administration of customer contract evaluations and maintain tracking documentation
  • Assist in preparing supply and commercial proposals under the guidance of the Head of Supply Chain & HM Commercial
  • Manage contract administration to ensure compliance with regulations
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Strong financial and commercial insight
  • Robust analytical capabilities
  • Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office and SAP Power BI
