About the Role:

  • You will work closely with our UX design and software engineering teams to develop and deliver customer-centric technology products.
  • You will be accountable for defining product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and ensuring that our products meet the needs of our customers.
  • You will work closely with our business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements.
  • You will be responsible for managing backlogs, ensuring that our products are delivered on time and within budget.
  • You will work closely with our data analytics team to track key metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • You will be responsible for line managing more junior product roles and providing guidance and support to help them develop their skills.

Requirements:

  • You will have a deep understanding of our customers and be able to develop product strategies that meet their needs.
  • You will have experience working closely with UX design and software engineering teams to develop and deliver customer-centric technology products.
  • You will be comfortable being accountable against agreed objectives and outcomes.
  • You will have experience utilizing data to track key metrics and make data-driven decisions.
  • You will be comfortable line managing or would like to move into line management of product people.
