Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Housing Management Team Leader to join our team at Id Product. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Out-of-Hours Team, providing high-quality support and referral services to callers, and ensuring the effective running of the Helpline and Refuge services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide telephone support and referral services to callers, assessing risk and providing safety planning advice.
  • Maintain quality monitoring, reporting, and evaluation of statistical information and systems.
  • Take a lead on emergencies or safeguarding, ensuring policies and procedures are followed effectively.
  • Coordinate the delivery of support to families residing in emergency accommodation, recognizing the diverse needs of survivors.
  • Develop and deliver training to dedicated OOH and Relief teams to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Liaise with the Relief & Volunteer Coordinator to ensure services are covered effectively.

Requirements:

  • Clear knowledge and understanding of Domestic Abuse, Violence, Sexual violence, Honour-based violence, stalking, forced marriage, and impacts on victim-survivors.
  • Experience of working in a refuge or supported housing setting.
  • Clear knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding legislation and practice for adults and children.
  • Clean driving licence with access to a vehicle.
