Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Housing Management Team Leader to join our team at Id Product. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the Out-of-Hours Team, providing high-quality support and services to victim-survivors of domestic abuse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide telephone support and referral services to callers, managing an effective Helpline and ensuring consistent high-quality trauma-informed delivery of services.
  • Assess risk and provide safety planning advice, maintaining effective quality monitoring, reporting, and evaluation of statistical information and systems.
  • Take a lead with emergencies or safeguarding, ensuring policies and procedures are followed effectively.
  • Coordinate the delivery of support to families residing within emergency accommodation, recognizing the diverse needs of survivors and ensuring support is responsive and accessible to all.
  • Liaise with the Relief & Volunteer Coordinator to ensure services are covered effectively and efficiently.

Essential Requirements:

  • Clear knowledge and understanding of Domestic Abuse, Violence, Sexual violence, Honour-based violence, stalking, forced marriage, impacts on victim-survivors, and legislation frameworks.
  • Experience of working in a refuge or supported housing setting.
  • Clear knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding legislation and practice for adults and children.
  • Clean driving licence with access to a vehicle.
