Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Housing Management Team Leader to join our team at Id Product. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the Out-of-Hours Team, providing high-quality support and referral services to victims of domestic abuse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide telephone support and referral services to victims of domestic abuse, managing an effective helpline and assessing risk and providing safety planning advice.
  • Maintain quality monitoring, reporting, and evaluation of statistical information and systems, ensuring consistent high-quality trauma-informed delivery of services.
  • Coordinate the delivery of support to families residing in emergency accommodation, recognizing the diverse needs of survivors and ensuring support is responsive and accessible to all.
  • Take a lead with training and development of dedicated Out-of-Hours and Relief teams, ensuring quality standards are met and services are delivered with appropriate practitioner responses to understanding domestic abuse and violence.
  • Liaise with the Relief & Volunteer Coordinator to ensure services are covered effectively and efficiently.

Essential Requirements:

  1. Clear knowledge and understanding of domestic abuse, violence, sexual violence, honour-based violence, stalking, forced marriage, and their impacts on victim-survivors and legislation frameworks.
  2. Experience of working in a refuge or supported housing setting.
  3. Clear knowledge and understanding of safeguarding legislation and practice for adults and children.
  4. Clean driving licence with access to a vehicle.
